About the role
The Director, Product Partnerships will drive relationships with external partners and identify new opportunities for partnerships across the Cardlytics offering. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these partners as well as for internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You are primarily responsible for driving Cardlytics growth initiatives through these partnerships.
The right candidate will be able to leverage a competitive position through strategic management, business development, and negotiation with the partners they manage. The performance of this role will be measured on the ability to achieve defined outcomes as well as the health of the partner relationships.
Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business issues and serving as an internal advocate
Collaborate with product and engineering to identify and implement growth opportunities
Identify new partners and vet out new business opportunities
Train and educate internal teams on the industry and partnership capabilities for advertisers
Provide sales teams with detailed and relevant information on our key partnerships
Skills and experiences that will make you successful
7+ years of work experience with product, partnerships, business development in consumer technology companies
Experience landscaping, developing, signing, and scaling external partnerships within the digital marketing and advertising industry
Proven experience collaborating with peers and managers across business, product, sales, and engineering teams
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem solving skills, pays attention to detail, and has a bias for action
