Why Marketing @ Human Interest?

As the Growth Marketing Manager on our small but growing Marketing team, you'll have a big impact in reaching and helping more small businesses across the United States. You'll be building tools to promote financial literacy and identifying opportunities to provide more informational transparency to our users in their buying journeys. You'll be able to work on strategy, execution, and analysis, and roll out new experiments frequently.

  • You will be a part of the team that's driving growth for the company to deliver on our mission to help people achieve a secure financial future
  • You will be owning the experimentation framework and optimization components that fuel our growth!
  • You will be given autonomy to run experiments and iterate to improve all our growth metrics

What you get to do everyday

  • Own experimentation framework for conversion rate optimization tests: from inception, to design, implementation, analysis and future iterations
  • Partner closely with technical counterparts to build improved lead generation flows, instrument third-party solutions, track performance, etc.
  • Own all lead nurturing programs to improve middle-of-the-funnel performance via retargeting, email marketing, etc.
  • Own forecasts and deliver on performance goals for conversion rate optimization initiatives

What you bring to the role

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (Growth, Marketing, Demand Generation, etc.)
  • Data driven and analytical: You are hypothesis-driven and able to structure, implement, and evaluate experiments that drive results.
  • Creative go-getter mindset: you are able to envision, design and implement a multitude of lead flows
  • Collaborative and positive mindset: You thrive in cross-functional environments and are able to partner with other teams to get stuff done while having fun!
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize

Nice-to-haves:

  • Background/interest in data analysis
  • Background/interest in product management, user experience, and design
  • Background/interest in business functions (sales, marketing, partnerships)
