About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be joining a team of sales professionals who have excelled in creating partnerships with providers and practices.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will
- Prospect: identify and qualify small to large sized providers and practices and their decision makers
- Contact: high-volume cold calling, faxing and emailing to access and influence decision makers
- Partner: work closely with the business development team to secure meetings
- Refine: test and improve sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques

Requirements:
- You have 0-3+ years experience in high-volume outbound cold calling
- You are bilingual (Spanish / English), preferred
- You have a healthcare-related degree or experience in healthcare
- “Closing” experience is a plus.
- You enjoy working across multiple teammates.
- You are excellent at motivating potential partners to see the benefits Capsule will bring to their practice.
- You have creative sales tactics to engage with prospects.
- You have experience exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- You are proactive in your approach to solving problems by bringing solutions.
- You pride yourself on your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, etc.).
