About the Role:
As a Capsule Provider Partnership Manager, you will lead our efforts in the Boston area to meet, educate, and support providers (health systems and physicians). You will be responsible for establishing Capsule as the preferred pharmacy partner of practices of all sizes, ranging from smaller private practices to the largest integrated providers. This role will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute our provider strategy, including introducing prescribers to Capsule and supporting growth across the market.
- Develop intimate knowledge of Capsule’s offering, the pharmacy market, and prescriber workflows to identify opportunities to look after prescribers and their patients.
- Partner with healthcare management professionals and clinicians as an industry expert to educate them on Capsule.
- Achieve high sales growth through new prescriber relationships and driving share within practices through a consultative approach.
- Sell in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing a strategic, data driven mindset and critical thinking to understand prescribers’ challenges and our solutions.
- Partner with the General Manager and broader Capsule team to refine strategy, improve the Capsule offering, and architect the growth of the commercial team.

- You have 3+ years of healthcare experience in a consultative sales role targeting prescribers, healthcare systems and / or experience closing business development partnerships in a client-facing capacity.
- You have experience owning accounts post-sale and thrive in finding opportunities to grow an account over time through strong relationship management and organizational navigation skills.
- You have proven sales and / or partnership success with an ability to independently prioritize and execute while operating through ambiguity.
- You love talking to people and understanding their wants and needs -- strong communications and presentation skills with a competitive desire to succeed.
