About the Role:

As Senior Partnerships Product Designer you will be responsible for the design of products and services we create for our healthcare partners to make their patients’ experience seamless and efficient. In addition to owning the interaction and visual design of a suite of products, you will partner with product managers to conduct qualitative customer research and delve into quantitative data, continuously iterating and optimizing. This is a role that will engage both sides of your brain to deliver innovative design solutions and drive strategic product decisions. Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Continuously iterate and improve upon our existing products to deliver a delightful experience for patients and a more efficient business for healthcare partners.
  • Own the design of completely new products from end-to-end.
  • Design Capsule integrations for our healthcare partners, and develop a playbook of best practices for them to follow.
  • Partner with product managers to perform discovery and define testable hypotheses, build and test interactive prototypes with customers, and collaborate with engineers and implementation managers to ship your elegant design solutions.
  • Create beautiful marketing and sales materials that clearly communicate the value your products bring to a business.   
  • Improve team efficiency and collaboration through better internal products and processes.

  • 3+ years of consumer-facing, or equivalent, product design experience
  • An outcome orientated approach to design, objectively measuring your success not by design output, but of the product’s success. 
  • Excellent interaction and visual design skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture, designing experiences that span the digital and physical worlds.
  • Able to work at different levels of fidelity, and pick the appropriate level for the task at hand.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Able to partner effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Aptitude and appetite to run end-to-end user testing.
