About the Role:

As the head of Information Security here at Capsule. This role is focused on hardening Capsule’s defences across the spectrum of technologies. You will work with talented individuals across the company to improve Capsule’s security position and help mitigate potential threats. 

  • Mature our security position and shift the remediation efforts further upstream.
  • Review and investigate potential threats and/or incidents, including an impact analysis and providing recommendations to mitigate similar vulnerabilities. 
  • Build out a risk framework that can be easily adopted by teams enabling them to evaluate &  mitigate risks while we grow. 
  • Maintain an understanding of the IT threat landscape and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Continually be updating the cyber security strategy to leverage new technologies and threat information. 

About You:

Requirements:

  • You have 7-10 years of industry experience
  • You have 5+ years in web and/or mobile application security & infrastructure security
  • You enjoy working with complex systems that have a final product in the physical world
  • You have a dept of domain knowledge with all things security
