About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic Lead People Business Partner for our Operations team, which is one of our largest and most complex groups. Your mission will be to enable the Operations team to do their best work. You will help recruit, train, develop, retain, and engage our Operations teammates in the pursuit of our ambitious plans.
What You’ll Do:
Understand Capsule’s business, and partner with the Head of Operations, Head of Pharmacy Operations, and other leaders in creating the best place to work.
Partner with the Operations function and the People Team to develop and execute people strategies that enable achievement of OKRs
Develop and implement people practices, including but not limited to, organizational design, talent planning, training, retention, and working relationships
Provide day-to-day guidance to managers to help them maximize team performance
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of teammates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; advise leaders of compliance related needs: FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, Safety, etc.
You have 7+ years People Business Partner experience within a large, complex operations team in a tech-driven and growth stage environment. Call center experience a plus.
You possess a track record of close business partnerships, skilled at translating business priorities into people strategies
You have extensive experience working cross-functionally within the People Function
You are organized and detail-oriented - you notice the little things
You have the ability to influence stakeholders and manage change
You have a history of facilitating cross-team collaboration and adapting company-wide strategies and policy at a local/regional level
You act with integrity, conviction and easily build trust
You are curious and make sure to keep up to date with the latest HR and business trends
You open to travel nationwide multiple times a month
