The Sales Manager will be responsible for building a dynamic sales team in the digital pharmacy space. Including: hiring and training a world class sales team, growing the current team, owning the sales process and execution, and being a mentor to our sales team. This will entail:
Manage and develop a group of high performing outside sales professionals to deliver strong sales results
Coach your team to achieve continuous growth in their roles through 1:1 coaching and mentoring
Define, track and manage sales activities for your team members
Build and manage your team’s pipeline to deliver accurate forecasting
Partner cross functionally with our Account Management and Marketing teams to drive high revenue growth and doctor retention
Evaluate and implement enablement tools to increase sales productivity
Communicate with Sales leadership on insights and learnings from the field
Who You Are
3+ years of sales management experience
Proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales results as a Manager.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing a sales team
Experience developing and implementing new sales processes
