About the Role:
As a Doctor Partnership Manager, you will be on the frontline of Capsule’s mission to build a pharmacy that works for everyone. You will be responsible for growing Capsules doctor network and increasing market share.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
Partner with healthcare professionals and those involved with patient care as an industry expert to educate them on Capsules offerings.
Lead generation, appointment setting, sales presentations and developing new accounts.
Identify, target and develop long lasting relationships with physicians and staff to increase Capsules market share.
Sell in a changing healthcare environment, utilizing a strategic mindset and critical thinking to understand challenges within the landscape.
Achieve high sales growth and deliver strong sales results.
Entrepreneurial mindset to gather, analyze and grow business.
Show high integrity and be a brand ambassador both in and outside the office.
Partner with the Account Management team to handle complex issues and increase sales.
You have 4+ years of outside B2B experience in a sales role targeting healthcare professionals
