We are looking for an Operational and Data Associate to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to support business decisions. The role is a combination of finding information and data thorough internal and external sites, analyzing relevant data points, and composing the information into actional decisions or visuals. Our ideal candidate will love to think creatively, enjoy storytelling through information, and understand complex business processes.
This position will work to help clean and maintain company data, create reports, recommend actionable responses and create new processes. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data interpretation, businesses processes as well as experience in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Analyze information from Salesforce and Excel
- Compare, question and clean data documents
- Recommend actions based on the information provided
- Create visualizations that will tell the full story
- Work with teams to generate additional data points to enhance missing information
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with high academic achievement
- Ability to work in Mumbai, IN without employer sponsorship
- At least three years of experience working in data or business analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
The role will work 2:30 PM -10:30 PM IST in our office from Mumbai, Maharashtra.
