🏡🏢This is a remote position based in the UK. 

What You’ll Be Doing
The main role of the Team Leader is to assist the Fincrime Manager in guiding and developing remote team members. This includes focusing on investigations and transactional monitoring in a financial crime role. Your success will be reflected in your team's overall performance, satisfaction, and wellbeing.

✨Responsible for leading a team of 8 FinCrime Officers remotely 
✨Develop team members through coaching and meetings
✨Ensure team members have personalised development plans
✨Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
✨Use data to ensure timely task completion
✨Pursue FinCrime courses for personal development

We’re Looking For
✨Financial crime experience is essential - onboarding through to investigations
✨Meticulous attention to detail required
✨Make best-judgement decisions confidently
✨Care about team and individual development
✨Minimum 1 year management experience needed
✨You use data to reach the best customers quickly
