🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Collections team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a talented analyst to help us continue to deliver a best in class product for small businesses. This autonomous and fast-paced role entails finding compelling opportunities, and turning these opportunities into real business impact.
This role will be focused on providing analytical support to our Collections team. Main tasks will include refining monthly analytical and monitoring metrics, deep diving into internal and external trends. You’ll be:
- Using your advanced analytical skills to find ways to optimise our collections operation and prevent customers from falling into difficulty in the first place.
- Delivering on these opportunities and making a real impact to the bottom line of the business.
- Driving the strategy for collections with data-driven insights.
- Working closely with our data and building your own datasets to support your analyses.
- Leveraging problem-solving frame-works to develop hypotheses, test and analysis, develop solutions, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop monitoring plans
- Being involved in and advising on strategic decisions, as required.
We’re Looking For 🔎
Required skills:
- 2-5 years experience as an analyst in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience working with data; strong SQL skills
- Ability to use data to tell a story and make a compelling case for change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with a programming language like Python or R, and dashboarding softwares such as Looker, Tableau or Hex
- Experience in Financial services or working in a start/scale up environment
