🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Growth Team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Growth team. You’ll be a hybrid analyst/strategist/operator and help us continue our rapid growth trajectory. This autonomous and fast-paced role involves finding exciting commercial opportunities and turning these opportunities into real business growth.

You will report to our Lead Commercial Analyst and will have consistent face time with our CCO and other members of the senior management team (including our CEO). 

✨ Owning our acquisition funnel and developing pilots and strategies to improve conversion rates
✨ Supporting on a wide range of the company’s most pressing strategic and analytical problems. This could be anything from exploring a new marketing channel to working out the impact on our unit economics of changing our product
✨ You’ll be responsible for coming up with recommendations to these pressing problems and ultimately making these recommendations an operational reality
✨ Identifying and owning growth opportunities from ideation to implementation
✨ Partnering with various teams across the business to deliver our growth strategy

We’re Looking For
✨ 3-5 years of experience working at a top-tier strategy consultancy or in a fast-paced start-up
✨ 2.1 or above from a top university
✨ Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to cast business problems as analytical questions
✨ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders, including senior management
✨ Experience working with data, strong Excel skills
✨ Willingness to “get your hands dirty”
✨ An action-oriented, self-starter
✨ In this role, you’ll be expected to use SQL and Looker so any previous experience with these tools would be a bonus but not essential. Interest in learning SQL is required
