MAKE AN IMPACT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Assurance & Accounting:
    • Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per IFRS standards
    • Conduct revenue over/under analysis to identify discrepancies and drive corrections
    • Support month-end and year-end revenue closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles
  • Accounts Receivable & Collections:
    • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and revenue realization.
    • Drive the collection process, liaising with clients to ensure on-time payments.
    • Oversee cash application processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation of incoming payments.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Prepare revenue reports and perform variance analysis for management review.
    • Provide insights on revenue trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and business units, to streamline revenue processes.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure adherence to SOX/internal audit guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Master’s degree, Part qualified or qualified CPA in Finance with 5 to 9 years accounting or project finance experience
  • Prior experience in a consulting business or professional services industry is a plus
  • Exposure to financial systems (SAP, PeopleSoft ERP tools) is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to interact with stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
