Role Description:
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee system configuration, user management, content updates, and technical maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Enhance System Usability: Ensure the LMS is user-friendly, optimized with the latest features, and meets organizational needs.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Address system errors and technical problems promptly to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary contact with LMS vendors, handling contracts, updates, and resolving technical concerns.
- Content Oversight: Coordinate the creation, updates, and quality assurance of learning materials within the LMS.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to data privacy, organizational security guidelines, and IT regulations, implementing necessary safeguards.
- Training and Strategy Development: Provide user training, foster LMS proficiency, and develop strategic plans aligned with organizational training goals.
- Global and Regional Surveys Administration: Act as the primary admin contact for the surveys. Prepare reports and presentations and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans based on survey results.
- Engagement Experiences: Co-ordinate employee engagement events and lead global onboarding monthly survey analysis and reporting.
- Stakeholder management: Liaise with geos to collate regional and global survey requirements.
Skills and Expertise:
- Degree/certification/experience in an appropriate discipline, such as information technology, instructional design, or educational technology.
- A track record of success in LMS management and administration, including familiarity with well-known LMS systems.
- Strong technical abilities, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Teams and Zoom.
- A data-driven, analytical attitude is necessary for making wise decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Capacity to adjust to changing educational and technological trends.
- Advanced level of English language.
