JOB SUMMARY:

Role: PMO Analyst

Experience6 to 8 years

Level: M2/M3

LocationBangalore or Pune

Notice Period: Immediate – 30 days

 

Must have skills: PMO, Excel, Power point, Stakeholder management, Agile and strong communication skills.

Good to have: Banking domain

 

Description: 

PMO Analyst

Responsibilities:

Relevant experience of 3-5 years

Supporting in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement

Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication

Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting

Collaborating with project leads to define, prioritize, and develop project deliverables

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Providing reports and artefacts for programme stakeholders

Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

 

Experience & Skills:

Power Point & Excel experience.

PMO experience.

Stakeholder management

Agile delivery hand-on experience

Banking domain knowledge

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive with good organizational skills and forward planning
