We are hiring Test Managers/Analysts across multiple levels for an initial short term FTC which may extend.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define quality assurance and testing approach for projects. Document test cases and scripts, and run various types of testing phases including user acceptance, production data, production parallel, and conversion tests.
- Strong team working skills, ability to work closely with and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
- Work cohesively across functional areas and regions and help to strengthen the culture of co-operation.
- Creating and leveraging strong working relationships, front to back, regionally and globally, to manage the planning and end -to end transition of the project
- Drive the identification and progression of continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, working with line management and Change Management and Technology;
- Ability to identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately;
- Work within the Operational capabilities framework and client values.
- Provide excellent client service both internally and externally.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Track record of end to end complex test programmes/projects across multiple teams on schedule, to budget and quality standards within financial services
- Knowledge of front-to-back processing/workflow
- Experience running Trade Compression cycles
- Experience with large trade migrations
- Experience facing off to Front Office (Sales and trading)
- Experience of designing and executing test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and detailed quality test plans
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities skills including negotiation, influencing, organisational, communication and reporting skills.
