Exp - 5-7 years

Location: - Bangalore and Pune

Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and research.

• Communicate with Risk Operations and Management.

• Look for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability and determining root cause;

• Must work with Onsite counterpart in EST hours (expectation around 12 pm EST).

• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency for critical issues/incidents.

Requirements:

6-7 years of experience working on production support and lead a team of 2-3 offshore members.

Experience with scheduling software like Autosys , IBM TWS etc.

Strong in SQL Able to contribute to 1. Automation 2. Analysis 3. Develop shared/common solutions.

Experience working with service now and Jira.

Hands-on experience with Incident and problem management. 3+ years’ Experience with scripting languages like shell and Perl.

5+ years of experience working with Unix, any programming language like Java. Good to have experience working on Production batch jobs.

SRE experience considered an advantage for this role
