Product Lead/Product Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Principle Product Lead/Manager, someone with technical depth, who can navigate complex product workflows, and understand the core components we need to build in reaching our next product milestones. Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge will cover all aspects of Card Issuance business – Debit, Pre-paid, Credit , ACS, understanding the Issuance and overall payments ecosystem and business requirements that banks and financial institutions have in this space.
  • Experience in independently managing product as part of a product organization.
  • Define FSS market strategy and put it into practice across our commercial and technology and operations departments. 
  • As a leader driving Product goals, you will clearly communicate and drive product strategy, direction, and vision, maintaining alignment with Technology and Operations on the solution roadmap and strategy for the product, in sync with that for the product-line and the overall FSS strategy.
  • Meet customers and prospects alike and using your expertise to represent FSS in front of industry, and to be an expert that FSS puts forward for conferences, webinars and industry publications.
  • As the product champion, you will continually drive product adoption among the customer base and target market, understand pain points and problems and addressing them in a timely fashion, with a constant eye on maximizing the ROI for the product.
  • Partner with marketing, product marketing and Commercial channels to develop the go-to-market strategy.
  • You will stay engaged with the sales team and articulate the value proposition of the product among customers and prospects alike.
  • Maintain an intimate understanding of the payments industry and the competition to quickly identify opportunities and threats, leverage our strengths and overcome our weaknesses while influencing the overall FSS product strategy.
  • Be the “go to” person for the product and shall work cohesively with the product development team, SaaS partners, finance, sales, sales operations, legal and the business analysts. Representing the market and clearly conveying the requirements to our internal and external technology partners.
