About the Job:

As a member of the Technology team, you will help our clients solve a range of complex problems. You will work with our clients providing exceptional customer experiences and products, and help them look hard at getting the best out of new technology and integrating it into their existing organizations. As a Tech Lead, you are a pivotal team member, helping turn great ideas into actionable solutions using a range of business and technology capabilities. 

We look for curiosity and intellectual rigor; the ability to think through complex, multi-layered problems in a structured manner.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience leading teams and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver
  • Extensive knowledge of modern technology trends
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills required (direct client facing role)
  • Headline Driven Development, Cloud Computing, Microservices Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, and SOA
  • Understanding of Spring Boot, Graph DB, REST, OpenAPI, Asynchronous API and AWS
  • Willingness to work out of the New York office 3 days per week
