Seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to ensure successful implementation of business logic solutions through requirement analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and documentation preparation. Responsibilities include decomposing requirements, assessing risks, and aligning domain models with Architects, Domain Experts, and Product Owners. Key involvement in agile delivery, managing backlogs, and facilitating communication for product goal achievement.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Analyze business requirements, decomposing complex problems into manageable components.
  • Develop business logic solutions and oversee implementation tasks.
  • Assess interdependencies and resource needs with upstream and downstream systems, identifying risks to product implementation.
  • Analyze domain models and closely collaborate with Architects, Domain Experts, and Product Owners for alignment.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for ETL, REST API, and business process layers.
  • Create implementation documentation, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios, and mockups.
  • Manage backlog and plan Business Systems Analyst (BSA) work within agile delivery framework.
  • Foster collaboration within the team to achieve product goals effectively.
  • Facilitate cooperation between teams, ensuring knowledge equalization and smooth workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record as a Business Systems Analyst, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing and decomposing complex business requirements.
  • Expertise in developing business logic solutions and overseeing implementation tasks to meet project objectives.
  • Strong understanding of interdependencies and resource needs with upstream and downstream systems, with the ability to identify and mitigate product implementation risks.
  • Experience in analyzing domain models and collaborating closely with Architects, Domain Experts, and Product Owners to ensure alignment.
  • Proficiency in preparing comprehensive documentation for ETL, REST API, and business process layers, as well as implementation documentation, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios, and mockups.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and proven ability to work effectively within an agile delivery framework, including responsibility for backlog management and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) work planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
  • Proven track record of fostering collaboration and promoting knowledge equalization between teams to maintain a smooth workflow and drive success.
