Junior HR & Office Administrator
(HYBRID: 3 days from the Warsaw office)

We're currently looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Junior HR & Office Administrator. This position is perfect for someone who is taking their first steps ins in HR and wishes to grow in this field or is uncertain whether to pursue a career in HR or Office management. THINGS YOU WILL DO:
HR tasks:
- Coordinating the HR document workflow, including assisting with document compilation and verifying accuracy.
- Scheduling and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding processes.
- Maintaining employee and contractor files, calculate vacation leaves, and ensure compliance with medical certificates and safety training.
- Assisting with payroll services and benefits administration.
- Providing support to Senior HR Generalist.
Office tasks:
- Coordinating shipments.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Assisting with expense reporting for business travels.
- Helping organize events.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:
- University degree (or in progress) in Economics, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- At least one year of previous experience in HR or Office administration.
- Basic knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Native or fluent Polish: This person will work with contracts and vendors based in Poland.
- Good command of English (B2 level): To communicate and guide English speakers in the company.
- Proactive with strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- Completion of HR and payroll courses would be an advantage.
