This group collaborates with Senior Leadership to identify strategic sales opportunities cross-domain and geography and ensure a smooth process from inception to signed contract.

About the Job:

This a key, newly established position with the Enterprise Transaction Team, that carries considerable responsibility for business growth and increased revenues across the Americas.  We are looking for a Senior level professional to join a global team that is responsible for the origination, shaping and closure of complex transactions that are key to the growth of Capco.  The individual will be responsible for managing and driving growth opportunities to closure and will provide overall leadership, guidance, and motivation to deal teams.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • End-to-End responsibility for the shaping and closure of key opportunities including planning and execution of the origination and win strategy, shaping client value propositions, coordinating appropriate team staffing, and operating as a point of contact for issue resolution and/or escalation
  • Lead/coordinate discussions, meetings and client presentations
  • Day-to-day point of contact for opportunity and transaction support within North America
  • Ensure deals meet economic and delivery requirements whilst delivering value to clients
  • Shape deals that balance delivery and commercial risks
  • Support negotiations through to closure
  • Report progress of opportunities to the Executive Leadership Team (through formal internal approvals), and involve key internal stakeholders as appropriate at critical internal and client deal milestones

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education, a legal qualification, and/or comparative certified training in contract law, is highly desirable
  • 6+ years’ experience in a role with similar responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the banking and financial services sector is a huge plus
  • Background in sell-side transactions, buy side experience from the core client arena is also acceptable
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions to a non-technical audience
  • Self-motivated and able to influence others internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

The estimated salary range for this position in NY is 141k – 185k plus potential bonus and benefits.
