About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have some CRM and Salesforce experience in financial services with a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success, design critical performance metrics and objectives and see them through inception to completion and bring their Salesforce experience to bear in key projects and initiatives. Additionally, this candidate will also play a Chief of Staff role, working closely with the program lead, with responsibility for managing critical stakeholder relationships in technology and across three lines of business, managing meetings, developing presentations, defining strategy for the program, and driving employee engagement.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Manage all Technology and Business-facing program reporting, including creation and delivery of all program presentations
  • Own all program-level meetings inclusive of Technology meetings and regular and ad-hoc updates to the Business
  • Leverage Salesforce knowledge and experience to strategize program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and take advantage of Salesforce functionality
  • Provide oversight of budget and financials and ensure delivery against established business goals and objectives
  • Provide oversight of workforce management and manage project teams and vendors for optimal return on investment
  • Work with program leadership to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
  • Develop communications for the program lead

What you’ll bring with You:

  • 4+ years of experience in a large financial organization or consulting firm focused on Project & Program Management within the Equity, Fixed Income or Investment Banking businesses
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM/Salesforce product and best practices and methodologies
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment
  • Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Confluence etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views
  • Bachelor's degree
