Scrum Master
As Part Of The Consulting Team,
- Ability to conceptualise delivery needs against product roadmaps
- Ensure that delivery scope and prioritised user stories are communicated and understood by the team
- Support the Product Owner in finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
- Stakeholder communication to maintain the flow of work
- Coach the team in self-organisation and cross-functionality as per agile principal
- Help the team maximise efficiency and productivity
- Lead the experimentation with new techniques to streamline ceremonies
To Qualify for The Role, You Must Have
- A range of experiences in agile, hybrid and traditional settings
- Scrum Master experience within high performing, cross functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Agile approaches
- Possess analytical skills to understand blockers and dependency resolution
- Knowledge and/or experience with successful Agile techniques
- Experience in using Jira and Confluence
- Formal Agile training certification such as Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSMI, ACP-PMI)
- Experience helping Agile teams to establish and adhere to new norms and practices
