  • Participate in exciting projects for our existing and new clients in the Banking and Insurance industry
  • Advise clients in the definition and development of products and solutions in cards and payments area
  • Engage in all parts of projects, from planning, budgeting, deliverables, risk assessment to tracking and reporting
  • Translate client needs and objectives into implementation plans and break business requirements into user stories and detailed specifications, working together with technology teams.
  • Manage dependencies to other projects and work on a daily basis with different stakeholders across the client organization
  • Work in a flexible and agile environment


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar
  • At least 3 years of banking or consulting experience with a focus on payments and cards
  • "Can-do" attitude with a strong passion to initiate and drive change finding joy and motivation in creating something new
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Bonus points:
      • Understanding of payment and reporting messages like ISO20022, SWIFT MT1XX etc.
      • Familiarity with card processing and issuing
      • Knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence
