We are looking for experienced financial and/or IT services Business Analysts with  general knowledge of the payments and collaboration with the system vendor
This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions.

Roles will have a global focus and can entail collaborating with Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, analyzing and developing business and technical requirements, effective ways of working and identifying and reporting risks, issues and dependencies.


  • Requirement elicitation from internal client and external 3rd party provider stakeholders and content experts (Prod Mgnt, Fraud, Legal, Infosys, Payments, …)
  • Product and solution analysis, requirement consolidation for further stakeholder workshop refinement and delivery of finalized requirements
  • Definition of tactical UI solutions and user journeys (front-end UI, IAT, UK domestic payments e.g. Faster/CHAPS/BACS, Bulk payments, File Import, International payments, payment validation and processing, payment regulation e.g. confirmation of payee)
  • Creation and management of strategic project analysis documentation (Business/functional/impact/gap analyses, Target Operating Model, User guides, Confluence, JIRA)
  • Continuous content expert assistance to both client and 3rd party delivery teams (development, testing, infra, …) during the different delivery phases



  • Previous experience on complex projects across countries or regions as Business Analyst
  • General knowledge of the payments
  • Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizations
  • Experience in delivering significant change and cooperating with stakeholders in different locations
  • Experience in Agile ways of working/tooling
  • Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to effectively run meetings in English over video or teleconference
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
  • Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira



  • Experience within: wealth management, finance management, private banking
  • Experience in change and implementation management 
  • Project management certifications (Agile BA/PM, SAFe, Change Management)
