Role Description

As a Regulatory Change SME at Capco, you will be supporting the development and implementation of an enhanced regulatory change management process to mitigate risk for organisations. You will work with organisations SMEs to perform impact assessments, route changes and track action plans, and will be responsible for ensuring applicable policy and procedure maintenance.


 Work in conjunction with other Compliance team members as well as business partners and external parties as needed to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of accountabilities, and adherence to all policies/regulations/guidelines

  • Support the management and compliance team in the development, implementation, reviews and revisions of Compliance manuals, policies and procedures
  • Participate in, and assist with, initiatives associated with the implementation of strategic enhancements to the technology supporting the Regulatory Change Management process
  • Carry out the initial triage of the potential regulatory change and inform the relevant stakeholders; and support the completion of the risk impact assessment
  • Act as primary contact/coordinator for regulatory exams and investigations


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience coordinating and supporting end-to-end regulatory change management programmes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory environment, including demonstrated knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations
  • Project management skills (including identification, tracking, reporting and analysis)
  • Effective and flexible communication skills
