The role

Capco is looking for a Global Performance & Reward Lead, who will report directly into the Global People Lead. They will lead the Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the People function at Capco. In this role, they will lead on performance & reward strategy and operations, with a particular focus on strengthening the link between performance and reward and embedding a more holistic, total reward approach. The role entails close collaboration with business stakeholders, regional People teams and other Centres of Excellence. They will have three people reporting into this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the performance & reward agenda and priorities in line with the global People strategy and in conjunction with the Global People Lead
  • Collaborate with Regional People Leads on the performance & reward roadmap to implement positive change in each region
  • Lead and manage the CoE team to deliver all performance & reward activities and projects
  • Partner with Global People Lead and senior leadership on Partner incentive design, implementation and governance
  • Own and manage performance & reward processes end-to-end (e.g. performance reviews, compensation modelling, salary adjustments, bonus rounds, etc)
  • Plan and deliver a clear and engaging approach to performance & reward communications, strengthening the link between performance and reward and providing clarity and transparency around key processes
  • Coordinate market benchmarking plans and activities for compensation and benefits, providing relevant data analysis and insights to stakeholders
  • Advise the business on external trends and provide market intelligence to support decision-making
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimise Capco’s benefits offering
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process innovation and standardisation

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge and experience of reward design and implementation
  • Track record of successfully implementing total reward strategies
  • Experience of managing and improving performance management processes
  • Clear understanding of the relationship between performance and reward, and experience of managing end-to-end performance and reward processes
  • The ability to seamlessly alternate between the strategic and operational aspects of a role
  • An inclusive and collaborative working style, with a proven ability to partner effectively with colleagues across functions and geographies
  • The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders on performance and reward topics
  • Experience of working effectively with vendors to secure the best possible terms and service
  • Team leadership experience and the ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, combined with the ability to quickly adapt and respond to changing business requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract insights and not just present the numbers
  • Advanced Excel skills
