  • Accelerate adoption of the common change business insights solutions
  • Improve the value the organization derives from change business insights
  • Translate business requirements into Epics/User Stories. Ensure that Epics/Stories are correctly recorded and ordered and that the business justification definition of done and expected delivery timelines are clearly articulated
  • Facilitate end of sprint demonstrations, turnover decisions, increment planning, sprint planning, stakeholder prioritization and retrospective workshops
  • Migrate backlog and ways of working to Jira
  • Work with technical and business colleagues to ensure that: requirements are understood; build progresses to schedule; UAT & documentation are completed to appropriate quality
  • Ensure a constant ‘pipeline’ of work in a ready state for development
  • Support the Product Owner as required on wider representation of the vision
  • Liaison with relevant stakeholders to promote the products and capture feedback on design & approach
  • Ensure the product remains compliant with all firm policies
  • Implement continuous process improvement and customer change management support
  • Contribute to the evolution of more agile, collaborative and aligned change delivery through data, tooling, and insights




  • Designing, documenting and implementing data maps, data cleansing & controls
  • Process optimization including automation of manual activities
  • Creating prototypes & easy to use, digital forms & controls (ideally SharePoint & Nintex workflows)
  • ETL processes, load scripts & building dimensions & visuals (ideally in Qlik)
  • Strategic change & transformation, Portfolio Management and CMB (preferred)
  • Portfolio outcome, delivery & financial management systems (ideally Clarity, Rally, Jira)


  • Agile ways of working and managing Epics/User Stories in Jira
  • Proven experience of leading others remotely and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver
  • Proven ability in functional/business management, working across multi-disciplinary and diverse environments
  • Analytical rigor and ability to visualize change information to form observations, conclusions & improvement recommendations
  • A track record of delivering sustainable improvements under pressure
  • Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively 
  • Dealt effectively with highly complex commercial information and business challenges to create strategic business plans which effectively deliver results  


  • High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful design & delivery of BI solutions
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Execution orientated with an ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly assimilate significant depth and breath of information
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and across the global organization

Qualifications (preferred):

  • SAFe (Advanced) Scrum Master
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer
  • Lean Portfolio Management
