Role Description:

Capco are seeking a Operation Analyst who will work within the UK Operations team to conduct contract and project data administration as a basis of accurate management reporting and billing. The individual would take ownership of a number of key accounts from an Operations perspective and liaise with the internal Executive anagement of the accounts on all commercial aspects of management, helping management maximise business performance through the provision of management information.

 

The Operations Analyst will report to the Head of Operations.

 

Main functions: Contract and Revenue Administration, Account Executive Relationship Management and Reporting/Analysis

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the review and interpretation of contractual information such that they are compliant with Capco internal standards
  • Analyis and insight of Project Margin & Optimisation
  • Setup and maintenance of Contract information in PeopleSoft
  • MI Reporting on Financials (Profit, Headcount, controlling cost to account) and UK management (Development and Insight)
  • Reconcile and analyse Actual Revenue vs. Forecast using PeopleSoft software, Anaplan software and tracker systems by account
  • Prepare reports for the purpose of Partner, Board, Leadership and Management meetings
  • Collaborate with Project Managers / Account Directors / Client Partners to achieve business outcomes
  • Support and enhance existing Operational processes, including but not limited to Sales Tracking, Resource Management, P&L reporting
  • Work closely with colleagues in Finance and Resource management to improve information flow and cost-effiveness across support functions

Experience

  • Experience of Financial / Commercial Analysis (Desirable)
  • Strong understanding of IT systems for example Peoplesoft (Ideal)
  • Experience in similar environment, preferably Professional Services firms (Ideal)
  • Exposure to Contract types for example Time & Material and Fixed Price (Ideal)

Salary: 1450-1600 eur (brutto, based on experience can change)
