  • Lead the team to deliver business objectives on time, within budget and aligned with appropriate framework while maintaining quality and stability
  • Partnering with the client for the ideation, prioritization, road-mapping and approval process for all existing and new opportunities. Drive initiatives to enhance client experience and improve operating efficiency and productivity through process improvements.
  • Work with Capco global leadership and senior client stakeholders on a day to day basis towards successful delivery.
  • Drive employee initiatives, address people issues, effective on-boarding and training
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels between employees, internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on the Operations.
  • Develop strong working relationship between the client Operations and Technology teams.
  • Define effective escalation procedures to raise potential delivery risks and maintain a robust business continuity plan
  • Attract, Develop and Retain Talent
  • Ensure proper resource planning is in place and use resources optimally
  • Ensure platform documentations and artefacts are current, relevant and correct
  • Drive industrialization of the platform through appropriate tools and frameworks
  • Enable delivery by introducing/using fit for purpose delivery frameworks to deliver quality and timely solutions cost effectively, utilizing a variety of tools and processes
  • Put in place the relevant metrics to measure output, quality and performance for the team(s)
  • Actively work with and manage a wide range of stakeholders in the business, technology and outside the bank, on new initiatives, planning, delivery issues, escalations, critical success factors and escalations for resolution
  • Work closely with business stakeholders across all levels to deliver on long term strategies, and aligning people to business goals


  • Manage any direct reports, ensuring correct performance metrics are set and regular interventions are in place to achieve quality outcomes
  • Lead, motivate, coach team members to obtain the best performance from them
  • Actively drive a culture of learning in the team, with focus on domain
  • Create enhanced delivery capability in-line with  business goals, including across geographies when required
  • Develop intelligent, high performing teams that are engaged and collaborative, promoting excellence
  • Make or facilitate the making of decisions in a timely manner
  • Share, leverage and re-apply skills and knowledge towards delivery
  • Collaborating with remote teams across locations to support delivery and execution


  • 15+ years of industry experience of which 7+ years in managing large teams and client relationship
  • Experience in consulting and aware of the commercial and resourcing environment
  • Manage teams of 50 + testing, business analyst, data analyst, strong communicator, worked in global teams
  • Understanding of Financial markets. Understand different markets, asset classes and instruments typically used within Investment banking, such as equities, commodities, FX, bonds, swaps, options etc.
  • Domain experience of Regulatory reporting including Basel, Mifid & SFTR
  • Experience working within BAU liquidity reporting or regulatory reporting and understanding of liquidity concepts and their origin
  • Experience working in finance transformation engagements
  • Experience in liquidity reporting/Stress Testing for regulators and internal consumption
  • Calculation of any associated liquidity metrics
  • Qualified M.Com/MBAwith at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting
  • Experience of GL Accounting and balance sheet account substantiation e
  • Understanding of Financial markets. Understand different markets, asset classes and instruments typically used within Investment banking, such as equities, commodities, FX, bonds, swaps, options etc.
  • Experience in working on Cloud migration projectr Operational/Market Risk concepts
  • ` Domain experience of Regulatory reporting including Basel, Mifid & SFTR
  • Proven track record of delivering large and complicated projects and programs in regulatory reporting domain
  • Proven capability of leading teams across sites and geographies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries, leverage networks and drive project to successful completion
  • High level of drive, integrity, persistence, edge, can-do attitude, pro-activeness and maturity
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, lead and work as a team player to deliver
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required
