Let’s Get Down To Business

Capco are looking for Programme Managers at a variety of levels with a particular focus on some of the following: Finance, Consulting, Business / Change Transformation, agile ways of working. 

This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects. The nature of these roles will offer permanent opportunities and the chance to experience varied change initiatives.

You will:

  • Manage a team of project managers while actively managing some of the more important or complicated programs (being a player/coach)
  • Monitor and manage portfolio status, including delivery progress, project spend, cross projects dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Partner with the business stakeholders and the Portfolio Optimization team to develop and groom the backlog, prioritize based on business value, and identify resource needs
  • Work with the PMO to develop and continually improve project/ program controls, methods and tools.
  • Mentor and train project manager and business analysts

Fitting that description, you will also need to be Supremely Personally Motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.

Show Us What You’ve Got

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related field

· 10+ years of relevant professional project and program delivery experience, ideally including experience working in a similar or related function in the IT, Insurance, Finance industries

· Hands on experience with agile ways of working and an ability to operate in both traditional and agile delivery models
