Agile Business Analyst - Changing Lanes

Capco is looking for innovative and creative Technology, Digital or Data professionals with experience delivering change across all industries.

The ‘Changing Lanes’ programme provides a comprehensive, structured training plan to help you transition into a Consulting role in the FS industry. There are four roles within the scheme:

  • Technical Analyst
  • Agile Business Analyst
  • Data Analytics Consultant
  • Data Scientist

Following two weeks of training, you will work with some of the largest financial services organisations in the world, on industry transforming projects and initiatives.

  • Before joining Capco, you will connect with a coach who will be aligned to your area of specialism. They will be part of your Capco family from day one and guide you through any questions you have – big or small!
  • As part of the “Changing Lanes” cohort, you will meet colleagues and peers who will become your support network throughout your time at Capco
  • You will receive two weeks of in-depth training, delving into the world of FS and Capco and covering all the essentials to set you up for a successful career as an FS Consultant
  • Upon completion of training, you will work with and meet people from Data, Tech or Digital whilst we find your first client engagement.

Skills and Experience

Capco is looking for hardworking, innovative, and creative people to join our Digital team.

As a Capco Agile Business Analyst you will;

  • Keep an active view of the market, communicating external client and evolving market needs to internal stakeholders
  • Help shape and execute complex digital transformation
  • Be involved in solution design and digital service requirement definition
  • Work with internal and external technology teams to ensure design strategy and direction incorporates process and technology capabilities, dependencies, and limitations
  • Have exposure to multiple software deliveries
  • Be ambitious and dynamic to deliver requirements in a fast-paced and complex environment


  • Experience in working in an Agile environment
  • Practical experience and understanding of digital discovery and delivery projects
  • Client engagement and stakeholder management skills - Digital workshopping with key stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of digital technology and familiarity with latest technology trends and technology transformation
  • The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems and design thinking
  • Able to form strong relationships with our clients and development teams working on unique challenges at scale
  • Continuous stakeholder collaboration to gather and refine business requirement
  • Senior interaction with business stakeholders
  • Consulting experience (internal or external) / change management experience
  • Planning and development of roadmaps (technology and business)
  • Experience of the online customer journey
  • User story writing and refinement
