ROLE DESCRIPTION 

  • Contribute to transformation projects, from the strategy definition (target operating model definition, blue print design, impacts assessments, benchmark...) to the delivery (business analysis, project management, streams coordination…) and change management (training, communication…)
  • Coordinate understanding of business challenges and objectives with technology solutions and empowerment
  • Work in multicultural environments with a team spirit and demonstrate curiosity and passion towards new trends in Financial Services
  • Actively contribute to the development of Capco by Taking part in networking opportunities, conducting market/client research and analysis, participating to offers’ construction and go to market definition and realisation

 

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on financial services/banking industry (ideally in Swiss markets)
  • Broad financial services knowledge including, but not limited to: consumer banking, business banking, lending (mortgage and non-mortgage), risk/fraud/compliance, digital channels, payments, transactions processing, and operational management
  • Strong analytical skill with respect to business management and problem solving
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and understand large programs
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
