We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled in effective talent identification and attraction strategies for both active and passive candidates. Experience defining effective search strategies as well as experience in recruiting technology/digital professionals are a must. You will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals on a mission to tell Capco’s compelling story and create a best-in-class candidate experience. Proven successful experience in stakeholder management and engagement will be critical to your success. This position requires strong relationship management skills and close alignment with the business leaders to drive strategy and results. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • In collaboration with Business Leaders, develop and communicate the recruitment strategy
  • Grow and lead the TA team to meet business demands, building sustained recruiting capability through effective team leadership
  • Managing teams across APAC, in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand
  • Drive recruitment and strengthen pipeline in business consulting, digital and technology space
  • Create a compelling candidate experience
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful results
  • Analyse recruiting data and use it to inform decisions around sourcing strategy and demand fulfilment
  • Lead efforts to strengthen the Capco employer brand across APAC
  • Run and lead digital marketing campaigns to build Capco brand
  • Create excitement! Be an ambassador for Capco!
  • Manage an efficient and effective process, utilizing our ATS and other tools.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong leader with relevant experience in a comparable role, ideally in consulting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for technology/digital/consulting roles or managing a team of recruiters in that space
  • Previous experience of managing teams in a regional role within a fast-growing business
  • High degree of initiative and can drive change.
