Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our Digital Delivery team as a Visual Designer. 

About the role

As a Visual Designer you will be supporting multiple teams; working with Product owners, other designers, Business Analyst and Developers—on tools to support the acquisition and engagement strategies.


  • Develop stunning visual design concepts and solutions to help transform complex problems into elegant experiences.
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs and design approaches, providing clear rationale.
  • Create a story out the features, functionality and experiences we offer.
  • Explain design decisions from a visual design perspective, based on the evidence extracted from research.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure feasibility of designs.
  • Ensure quality assurance of all design deliverables and adherence to established digital standards and creative direction.

About you


  • A degree in design or a design-related discipline (visual design, graphic design, etc.).
  • 4-7 years of UI design experience.
  • Experience using Figma.
  • Abstract thinking and a methodical approach to problem identification and solution. 
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Passion for creating simple and stunning visual design solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with design systems and standardized libraries of assets
  • Digital product and Banking experience.
  • Experience using journey maps and story boards as a design tool for telling the story of the experience we hope to create.
  • Design research and facilitation. 
  • Experience using Mural and Keynote
