ROLE DESCRIPTION 

Capco is looking for Consultants/Senior Consultants. Working across a range of clients you will help them deliver new Payments strategies and improve business models in the rapidly evolving environment of Open Banking, PSD2 and Payments using ISO20022 standards.

You will assist and advise clients to help ensure that they are positioned to deliver their business goals.

  • Working closely with Business, Change Management, or IT teams
  • Providing knowledge or inputs based on previous payments experience at key moments in payments project
  • Supplying both detailed operational as well as high quality consulting deliverables depending on your role and client situation
  • End to end support across the entire SDLC stage from development to implementation translating or interpreting complex business requirements and needs into operational and technical solutions
  • Liaising closely with Project Leader, helping them manage project scope and report progress
  • Contributing consistently to business and practice development in the Payments area

 

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

  • You demonstrate a very good understanding of regulation, policy, industry initiative and impact within open banking, digital payments, PSD2, cards payments and ISO20022 standards
  • Strong understanding of how various organisations are being challenged in payments area by finding solutions using modern and/or proven payment strategies
  • Good working understanding of Payment hubs processing with various implementation experiences in a bank or a payments service providers
  • 4+ years of work experience in banks, payments service provider and/or consulting firms
  • Strong experience in working in Agile delivery model and being part of an Agile squad team will be an advantage
  • Experience with ISO20022 standards with SEPA experience a very nice to have
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management skills
  • You possess strong functional and analytical skills
  • You are self-driven; you take initiatives and can work independently as well as be a good team player
  • You stay up to date on the latest technology trends and have passion for client centricity
  • You are fluent in English
  • Travel: 100% on site at client for certain period of the time (South Asia)
