The role

Banks and financial service firms are turning towards a modern delivery approach in force. We are looking for people-oriented Consultants who want to drive the mindset change to agile. There are two facets this role requires, Coaching and Training.

As an agile coach you’ll be expected to have evidential experience (“war stories” and professional certifications) in coaching and mentoring individuals in practical agile execution models – including Scrum Masters, Product Owners and executives – how to best leverage agile values, principles and practices to deliver high value business outcomes. Furthermore, you should understand the mindset required of an effective agile team and organization and how to influence enterprise change to drive the right mindset across all levels.

As an agile trainer you’ll be expected to have experience across multiple formats of adult learning, ideally through delivering agile content. Capco trainers have a palpable and insatiable enthusiasm for all things Agile. We expect to see and hear that you exhibit that same quest for knowledge and improvement. Your experience should include practical training facilitation across one, some, or all of the three basic organizational levels: Team, Tribe, and Leadership. 

We are seeking people with strong business and banking expertise (retail, core banking, and wealth) to help deliver a range of banking projects in Singapore. 

In this position, you should expect to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of one (or more) agile frameworks including scaling frameworks.
  • Experience in leading agile delivery from inception to outcomes.
  • Experience initiating and/or progressing organizational change to an agile mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable history of developing, building and growing your own training style and methods.
  • Can develop and have experience with a variety of training methods including class room based, remote delivery, eLearning and providing education reference material.
  • Serve as a mentor with a keen sense of developing, building and coaching Agile among peers.
  • Practice a team-first, servant leadership style focused on team growth and success.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • IC – Certified Agile Team Facilitation (IC-ATF) and/or IC – Certified Agile Coach (IC – ACC)
