The IBOR team now requires an experienced regulatory and risk professional to set up and embed a new process to ensure urgent and evolving conduct, risk and MI requirements are continuously met and that we are future proofing the programme.


Main Duties:

  • Review & update existing IBOR programme level NFR and FRs
  • Review and recommend changes to residual risk at least monthly
  • Analyse all existing and new MI requirements for PRA reporting, internal reporting, legacy and conduct
  • Run meetings with various senior stakeholders and management teams who have access / view of the required MI
  • Agree the “MVP” of the initial comprehensive MI report required for various governance forums – SteerCo, Sales Forum, Group ExCo, etc.
  • Map the MI to match the conduct aims and identify gaps, and agree an action plan with MI owners on when the MI can be made available
  • Consolidate MI into a single report across booking centres
  • Use macros to ensure automation across the MI consolidation process
  • Establish the new process with clear accountabilities and responsibilities across booking centres



  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and experience in working in regulatory projects (preferred)
  • Knowledge of risk management
  • Ability to analyse, review and handle large volumes of data – advanced excel skills
  • Stakeholder management and communication, hold independent meetings with senior leaders
  • Ability to deliver independently is key and hence a mix of BA/PM
  • Knowledge of private banking business (desired) and appreciation of the reporting challenges required from specific regulations such as IBOR (desired)
