This is a description of what the ideal resource would look like for the Frontier Offshore/London SME

  • London UK based work hours.  Expectation is the resource will be based in Bangalore/India
  • Experience with Frontier, TLM, Intellimatch or another reconciliation platform
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with existing recons
  • Ability to configure new recons and related tasks
  • Ability to troubleshoot underlying reconciliation data issues
  • Understanding of Frontier platform architecture to diagnose issues and lead remediation efforts.
  • Coordinate with business users to address issues and provide status
  • knowledge of informatica PowerCenter, Oracle database, pl-sql Programming and Unix shell scripting (Technical Knowledge)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Working with the Technology teams and end Operations users to deliver reconciliations
  • Assist with analysis around existing recs and work with other team members to build, test and measure the improvements being planned

Document and obtain approval for the new rec designs and test plans from the relevant stakeholders including Operations, Controllers and Technology
