Capco is delivering IT services for its French clients around Credit Derivative, fix income, Repo and Secure Funding, platforms on both Change The Bank and Run The Bank activities.

As a Repo and Secure Funding support team member, you will be part of a team comprising Apex business analysts, developers and functional and technical support experts, covering full value chain (Front, Risk, post trade)


Front office / Risk Functional Support member – Repo and Secure Funding

Crédit Agricole CIB Repo and Secure Funding desk is operating 24/24 from Asia to US, with teams deployed in Tokyo, Hong-Kong, Singapore, London, Paris and New-York.

Traders deal with a wide range of systems that include APEX, and Orchestrade as booking systems, an in-house pricing solution that produces cash, mark to market and Risk indicators, and complex excel sheets that display daily PnL, PnL explain and PnL Projection. Booking systems are connected through STP to Back Offices and Risk applications. APEX is also deployed as BO solution for Security Lendings.

As part of the support team, your role will be to provide global assistance to the traders and/or the Risk on their working environment, having a complete view on the architecture and understanding connections between the systems, with a focus on Front Office and/or Risk applications. To succeed in your mission, you can count on the assistance of other team members that include Apex and PnL experts and can interact with dedicated support teams of downstream applications.

Your main task will be to keep the day-to-day operations of a business running smoothly by resolving incidents, answering requests / queries from traders and other system users as well as driving the continuous improvement initiatives with aim to improve platform’s stability and quality.



  • Provide assistance to end users for daily activities (in particular Front-Office and Risk) and ensure continuous communication with them.
  • Resolve incidents in cooperation with other support teams on Apex platform
  • Perform regular checks on production and ensure maintenance operations
  • Work with developers to deliver solutions to Production problems and deliver new features to business.
  • Ensure efficient communication and cooperation with local support teams in London, NY, HK.
  • Deliver product training to end users


Expected experience and knowledge:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as a functional or technical support team member in Capital Markets.
  • Excellent understanding of financial products, in particular Repos and Secure Funding
  • Excellent understanding of PnL and Risk indicators
  • Knowledge of financial package solution. Knowledge of APEX is a strong +.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Client-oriented mindset is a must have.
  • Stakeholder management skills (contact with business and IT stakeholders).
  • Strong sense of cross group collaborative work and team spirit.
  • High reactivity and results-oriented.
  • ITIL certification is a +.
  • Fluent in English. Fluent in French is a plus
