  • You are responsible for strategy consulting and development as well as for market trend and need analysis of undertakings and projects
  • You develop the solution as well as the architecture in terms of goals and cost-effectiveness
  • You create the accompanying documentation and inform stakeholders and project members regularly regarding strategy and architecture
  • You are responsible for the entire project consulting and monitoring and if necessary can carry out audits/reviews
  • You are responsible for the associated change management and innovation management



  • You have a university degree or equivalent training in business science or business administration and ideally bring a degree in IT Business Engineering, IT Architecture or Change Management (CAS, MAS, etc.)
  • You have experience in different architectures (business, IT, cloud, system, software, data, security) and use the appropriate modelling tools in a targeted manner
  • You know the agile project methods (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, DevOps etc.) as well as various collaboration solutions (Jira/Confluence, Office365, Slack etc.)
  • You master the basic competencies of sales, consulting, risk management, transformation management, management ICT, business analysis, requirements engineering, UX, solution design, software development, deployment, test and quality management
  • You are strongly familiar with the usual documentation and presentation techniques and can create competitive analyses
  • You are a leader, team-oriented, efficient and resilient personality who likes to work with different companies
  • You can communicate in German and English
  • You are hungry for knowledge and continue to develop yourself
