Capco is looking for talented, innovative, and creative people to join our development team to work on a number of projects and applications with a Scrum and Agile focus.

Fitting that description, you will also need to be personally motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Owners and teams in story writing, backlog maintenance, prioritization and planning
  • Create and maintain a detailed project plan for all aspects of the project based on delivery methodology and project impacts
  • Responsible for Sprint execution i.e. open/close, quality of tickets, tracking, status
  • Responsible for Sprint Demos
  • Work closely with team leads and BSA team to ensure Sprint allocations are appropriate
  • Manage the backlog so as to facilitate forecasting
  • Coach developer, designer and product team members in Agile practices, values and principles

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master working in an agile product development environment
  • Project Management experience. 
  • Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, problem solving, continuous improvement, empowerment, and greater transparency
  • Experience with a variety of Agile approaches and concepts in a large-scale context
  • Knowledge of the Atlassian suite tools: Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High level knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery approaches.
  • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
  • Digital Experience as well as Retail Banking Industry would be a plus
