Capco Singapore is growing and we are looking at adding exceptional Consultants and Senior Consultants within our Insurance practice:

Role and Responsibilities

The key role of the Insurance Consultant is central to delivering a range of challenging projects across our Insurance practice in Singapore. We are seeking individuals with a broad range of experience and expertise across the insurance value chain Life, Pensions, Health & Employee Benefits and General Insurance / Property & Casualty. As a Consultant / Senior Consultant within Capco you will be identifying the strategy and drivers for change and effecting change across business operations and technology. You will be joining a growing team with deep expertise and an exciting set of client engagements with a focus on digital, data and operational transformation.

Skills and Experience

You have will have proven experience of project work within the Insurance sector as a Consultant / Senior Consultant with a good understanding of the insurance value chain. Areas of particular interest would be:

  • Digital Transformation and/or Data Analytics 
  • Change and operational transformation within insurance clients
  • Product management or as a Product Owner in Agile ways of working
  • Regulatory change e.g. IFRS17, LDTI, etc.


  • You have a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables.
  • Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
  • Experience in transformation projects in the insurance sector and the business drivers behind them.
  • Sound knowledge of programme planning and control techniques.
  • Delivery experience in insurance simplification or operational excellence programmes.
  • Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working – including designing or implementing target operating model strategies.
