Capco Singapore is growing and we are looking at adding exceptional Principle Consultants within our Digital & Data practice:

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

As a Principal Consultant (Digital & Data), you will provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale transformation initiatives across the Financial Services industry. You will also play a key role in the development of the business through leveraging your knowledge & network within the space to sell high value digital & data consulting engagements. Key components of the role:

  • Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Support commercial growth of our Insurance clients in specific geographies and disciplines
  • Develop forward-thinking technology, business, and digital solutions for insurance clients nationally
  • Lead operations transformation and process improvement initiatives for multi-national insurers
  • Work cross functionally to develop and execute digital transformation strategies to ensure our clients achieve their growth and efficiency objectives
  • Manage the full lifecycle of work – aligning on deliverable(s), drafting the execution plan, establishing KPIs and driving a scaled agile execution model to completion
  • Synthesize market and industry trends into clearly articulated, tailored, and market differentiated client solutions

Skills and Experience

  • Academic background in Computer or Data science or equivalent certifications with experience
  • Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience within digital and data from a leading management consultancy of from within the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience in developing and leading digital innovation and transformation programs
  • Solid understanding and experience in one or more digital and data capabilities such as data analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent automation, data management, AI and RPA and/or cloud migration within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Banking / Financial / Insurance industry issues and ability to articulate value propositions internally and externally.
  • Ability to develop trusted and durable relationships with clients and ecosystem partners across the domain.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and domains to identify sales opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous and ever change environments.
