ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Capco continues to grow, we are seeking experienced change professionals with experience in Financial Services to deliver complex risk transformation projects and deliver positive outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for leading engagements across our clients focused on transforming risk functions to ensure they are future proof from a people, data, technology, process and governance perspective.

The people we have in mind will not only have the experience and skills outlined below, but will be highly motivated, passionate and enjoy working across multi-disciplinary teams, where the clients become colleagues too and be eager to develop their career within a permanent opportunity.

The preferred candidate will be expected to:

  • Be a self-motivator working in a team of Capco and client colleagues
  • Work closely with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) to perceive new and better ways of working
  • Help to drive the use of Agile methodologies to help the organisation become more agile
  • Recommend areas for change and then provide support to the business as the changes develop to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with all parts of the business including 3rd parties


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of climate risk and sustainability.
  • An in depth understanding of risk management frameworks.
  • Experience of working on complex projects in a risk environment.
  • An understanding of resilience risk policies, systems and processes.
  • Experience of utilising risk appetite tools.
  • Experience of project delivery using a variety of delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, Waterfall, Agile etc.)
  • Strong and tested stakeholder and risk management skills.
  • A background in Management consultancy & or Financial Services is preferred but not essential.
  • Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market. From Day One, your key skill will be to perceive new and better ways of doing things to give your clients an unfair advantage.
