ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are rapidly expanding our footprint in the UK. Capco are looking for Technology Business Analysts with experience supporting a wide range of technology transformation programmes.

Our roles offer opportunities to work on global programmes which entail collaborating across organisations including Business Functions, Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT and other functions.

We are looking for people who are supremely personally motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

We are looking for candidates who have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of working in business analysts roles on technology transformation programmes within financial services
  • Ability to analyse and document complex business processes, user stories and functional requirements
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
  • Knowledge and experience of the SDLC and agile project management methods
  • Experience of working closely with technology delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered based on the requirements
  • Extensive experience in the management of stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Team players who support, encourage and share knowledge with colleagues
  • Highly organised planning and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience and willingness to develop talent within teams
