  • Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques.

  • Experience of working within business analysis roles across Risk Functions including Financial Risk (Market/Credit Risk, Risk Analytics & Credit Risk) and Enterprise Risk (Operational Risk, Resilience Risk, Risk Strategy) 
  • Significant experience of completing business analysis assignments on complex projects in a risk environment 
  • Experience of working with Risk Technology functions 
  • An in depth understanding of risk management frameworks 
  • Thorough understanding of business analysis 
  • Experience of project delivery using a variety of delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, Waterfall, Agile etc.) 
  • Strong and tested stakeholder and risk management skills 
  • A background in Management consultancy & or Financial Services is required 
  • A proven grasp of information technology concepts and processes would be an advantage 
  • Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market. From day one, your key skill will be to perceive new and better ways of doing things to give your clients an unfair advantage
