ROLE DESCRIPTION 

  • Liaising closely with Project Leaders, you help them manage project scope and report progress
  • Show strong ability to analyse complex problems and think in technical and business terms (articulate requirements, write analysis documents, prepare testing & migration strategies, produce test scripts)
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions to clients helping them improve their business performance and work across a variety of areas including management, IT, operations
  • Adhere strictly to compliance/operation risk controls and due diligence in accordance with regulatory standards, policies, and practices
  • You will actively contribute to business and practice development in the Core Banking area

 

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

  • Have at least 5 years' professional experience within the financial sector or a consulting firm
  • Have a specialist understanding of banking organizations and processes, specifically in the Private Wealth Management space
  • Project management skills with experience in implementing banking systems (such as: Avaloq, Temenos T24, Triple A Plus) are an advantage
  • Hold a university degree in finance, IT or equivalent
  • Familiar with digitalization approaches of banking services
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with an emphasis on client service and presentation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team leadership skills and strong time management and organizational skills are an asset
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Knowledge of risk management, compliance and regulations is a plus
  • Travel: 100% on site at client for certain period of the time (South Asia)
